Returns & Refunds
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in an unused and sale-able condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be at the original purchase price excluding the initial delivery charge and will be made to your original method of payment. If replacement goods are required, please leave a note included with your return including your order number and what replacement you require (size, color etc)
We aim to process all returns within 7 days of us receiving the goods back in our Warehouse. However, please make sure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your return. On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your Order has been refunded you will receive notification via email.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
